Exactly, a big butt doesn't mean unhealthy. It's more to do with genetics. Having a flabby, fat rear-end means unhealthy. A firm, large, butt isn't bad. There are black female tack stars with large butts. Are they unfit?

True. But some black women are "thick" and physically fit. Think Serena Williams. Black women naturally have larger posteriors than other women, it's not always do to an unhealthy diet, rather genetics.
To the degree that the map does reflect any reality, notice the very low obesity rate in border counties that have very large Hispanic populations. The fact is, the USA actually does have a higher national obesity rate than Mexico, and the US rate is kept down in border counties by all those relatively slim Mexicans living on this side.
Slim Mexicans? Maybe down on the border, but up here they are by and large fairly chunky.
I like how my Parish is sitting in white in the middle of a bunch of dark blue/black. The city is almost 40% black so Im not sure if that makes the real difference in obesity. Cajuns also love to dance and do outdoor activities, so that probably helps keep the weight down.
