So Scottsdale's the most Caucasian, Hialeah's the least. Discounting the both of them because they are actually suburbs of central cities, it's Lincoln most, Detroit least.
Point of clarification (I can see the howls coming now!): These are *cities* not metro areas.
I just wanted to do cities,I didn't want to do metros areas, that would've taken longer to do.Actually the percentage of minorities when you take into account the whole metros would be less than the cities, the population would definetly be higher though, especially in the metros of cities like L.A. or New York City.

Thanks, CT, interesting lists.
Im going to eventually do cities of 100,000 to 200,000 in population too.I may do metro areas also.
Are we talking "true" minorites here? Most Hispanics are also White.
You know how city-data gives the demagraphics for cities?I subtracted the white percentage from 100,than what ever number I got I multiplied the population of the city by that.
