It depends. There is a famous Asian comedian, I can't think of his name straight up, who is from Tennessee, and talks just like it. There's a guy I know from Houston who is Chinese and talks just like George Bush (minus "nucular", rememberify")

I think his name is Henry Cho. He's from Knoxville.

Many people native-born throughout all of eastern and central Maryland have an accent.
