Kansas City. Huge Art Scene, New perfomring arts center. Google is installing super fast internet, great food scene, steady job market, cheap COL with some great/trendy hoods. Anthony Bourdain just filmed a KC episode for No Reservations. KC is also in a ton of travel website/magazine lists for must visit places in 2012.
