I am interested in finding a small town with lots of charm. Someplace where the winters do not last longer than the summers. Some place that is scenic in the spring. Possibly near a national park. Preferably does not stay in the 100 degree range all summer. I think quaint might be a good word for what I am looking for. The town should have a festival in spring or summer time.

This is for a short story. Thanks
