You are the only guy I have ever seen list Riverside/San Bernadino/Inland Empire on a top list to move to. Since it is so affordable compared to the rest of CA, you are also the first one to list it where money is not a factor. Towns like San Bernadino and Moreno Valley are the last places I would want to visit, forget live there. But differing opinions are what make the world go round.
