one time in Wisconsin, i was riding my bike down a street for exercise. A few minutes later i went down that same street and some guy stopped me and asked me why i'd rode down that same street twice and asked suspiciously if he could help me with something.

What place in the US has the fewest people like this...people who coul'nt care less about who is doing what...a place where you can walk down every street 500 times and nobody will say as much as a hello?

Not sure about your question. But you should have " Well, I was waiting for you leave so I can break into your house. Guess I'll ride by later".

I despise people like this.

Either a big city where nobody cares about anyone else, or a place like Alaska where most people are friendly but it's okay to be weird.

Yeah, found that when I moved to the Midwest too...the downside to "friendliness" is people being up in your ****.
