What cities/regions in America have the most Happy, Outgoing and Fun citizens who love their life?
Where people have a good sense of humor and it's not rare to have a fun conversation with a stranger.

I've been told Southern California was like this which makes sense because of the nice weather and the various activities you can do in the area. Please give me your input

I would say the Midwest where people tend to be pretty genuine, laidback and take life more in stride. Chicago, Milwaukee and Cleveland stick out to me as a good examples. Smaller cities like Ann Arbor and Madison as well.

Miami Beach and San Juan, you hear it in the music. You feel it walking the streets.
