Which city in the U.S looks and feels the most European?

NOT A SINGLE ONE. You probably shouldn't even go here. You should see how many people on the Montreal thread get UPSET over whether or not their French-speaking city is "European."

I will say that most of the Europeans I've shown around definitely peg San Francisco as their favorite U.S. city. I think the never-ending rowhouse housing stock and few bus lines running on electrical overhead cables is somewhat familiar to them, but they don't say it reminds them of Europe.

Good choices. I'll throw Charleston and Savannah into the mix.

King Street in Charleston is amazing, Idk much about Savannah but i know its a really old city so of course it must have some European flavor

Just saying English is just as European as French.
