Surely, there must be dozens of towns that do this. So, to recap ...
There are many art walks in New York (over 400 art galleries in the city). They are mostly divided by neighborhoods - Harlem, UWS, UES, LES, Midtown, Chelsea, Greenwich village, FiDi, DUMBO, SoHo, LIC, and Williamsburg. There is a good chance there is at least one going on at any day of the week.
