I don't think any of those places fit all of your criteria. Cary, NC and the Research Triangle in general probably comes closest, but the closer you are to the city, the heavier the traffic, and NC can get very hot and humid in the Summer.

There is a beautiful mosque here, Masjid Jamaat Al-Mumineen in Margate, FL - Salatomatic.
The area is very safe, tolerant, and the schools are very good, (depending on where you chose to live) you might want to look around this part of the country. The only thing is that you want to live in a temperate zone, and this area does not qualify that requirement.
You also need to post what your radius for travel to your job might be-

Sugarland near Houston or N. Dallas would fit your needs. Come try them out and see which you like best. The economies are a little different so your desired work type might swing it one way or the other

Consider omaha while are looking at Lincoln. Both cities have lots of job openings, job growth, population growth and a decade and half explosion of new entertainment options that is not letting up.

Omaha was just named the number 5 best city for music (that discluded nyc, la and Nashville for obvious reasons)
