These songs, other than the ones by Enya, also give a good feel for big urban cities primarily like New York and Chicago. They all have very atmospheric music for big cities which I like. I especially like the "Skyscrapers 2010" one which I think has some of the greatest music when you think about big urban cities, especially how many of the songs lead well right into one another as the video plays on.

nice...atmospheric, electronic based music while walking in the city at twilight is something that few things can beat

For Los Angeles...

This, IMHO is the best summary of Los Angeles, lyrically:

Elliott Smith : La - YouTube

This song reminds me of Boston, due in part to the fact that I played in a hardcore band there during my teens:

Gang Green- Alcohol - YouTube

This song reminds me of Seattle. As someone born in Seattle but raised more in Boston, I suppose it's ironic that I chose something by a Boston band, considering Seattle's rich music scene in the 90's, but that's just it: the music scene there is stagnant and boring now, and the whole city has yuppified to the point I barely recognize it anymore. And yet, having been born there and still having family there, I'm chained to it in many ways.

Pixies - Hey - YouTube

Definitely agree with you there.

For me, this song is one of the most perfect hot summer night songs ever.

And this is a good one to drive or ride through LA at night to:

I don't know about giving a feel for a city, but when I was a kid, this song made me want to go to NYC and find me one of those New York City girls.
