The new GFCI 11 is out! And there's been a good amount of movement.

Link

Notable movement near the top:

Shanghai -37 points, down 3 positions

Hong Kong -16 points, same position

Frankfurt gained 14 points and 3 positions...up to #13, behind SF and ahead of Geneva.

Zurich jumped Chicago and Shanghai, now ranking #6 in the world.

Seoul jumped Toronto and San Francisco, up to #9.

San Francisco dropped 3 positions to #12, with Seoul, Toronto and Boston moving ahead.

Here's where the American cities placed:

2. NYC, -2 points, 0 positions changed
7. Chicago, -4 points, 0 positions changed
11. Boston, +6 points, +1 position
12. San Francisco, +2 points, -3 positions
15. Washington DC, +7 points, -1 position

So interestingly, the two US cities which lost points had no change in position but two point-gainers lost positions. Boston was the only one to gain a position.

It should be noted that from position 6 (Zurich) to 12 (San Francisco), there is only one point separating each city...therefore it may be fair to say the difference in power between: Zurich, Chicago, Shanghai, Seoul, Toronto, Boston, and San Francisco is negligible.
