Well here it is folks. I have researched multiple sources of data and found one source seemed to make sense than some of the others. For example, I think one source had Edison, NJ with a higher income than Great Neck, NY. lol.
I included both suburbs and city neighborhoods on the list, so you can simply see where the wealthy live in America in one place.
As with Great Neck, I had to consolidate some town groupings which where essentially component parts of a singularly referred to location. I also am only including true towns and places rather than a country club that incorporated itself. There needed to be a downtown (or close to one) to qualify. I even used census block maps for geographical accuracy.These numbers of per-capita income, which many agree is the no more accurate measure for the actual wealth of a community.

Actually, this list included a town in Upstate NY that isn't the most affluent in that part of the state. Pittsford in the Rochester is and places like Brighton, Manlius, Skaneateles, Niskayuna and a few other would be put ahead of many of these communities.
