I thought there was another thread on this but I can't find it if there was one. But I am interested in knowing what they might be. Is Louisville trending or anywhere in Kentucky for instance?

You're going to need to add some specifics for the topic to remain open. Please explain what you mean, and exactly what trends you feel certain cities might be leading in, etc.
