You'd fit in in the more rural areas more than you might expect. A few weeks ago I took a bike ride up to the Birch Bay area, and stopped at a gas station to take a break and eat something. It was around 5pm and located at a busy intersection, and I swear I've never seen so many lifted 4x4s per minute, including when I lived in TN. The most noticeable difference was that here they all left me alone and went about their business, while in TN they would have glared at me or, if on the road, yelled at me and/or thrown things.

But to be fair, a lot of people don't even think Canadians have accents.

We're different from the other western states too. California and the Southwest have a strong deep rooted Hispanic influence going back 3 centuries that doesn't exist here, even though there are Mexicans who live here. The Rocky Mountain states also have quite a different society, though them and the people in Western Canada and Northern California would be our closest kin as far as culture/mindset goes.
Also, the PNW is more deep rooted than you would think. Oregon was settled by white people starting in the 1830s, that's longer than a lot of the Midwest has been populated by whites. The Oregon Country was set to become an independent nation before it was partitioned between the US and what would become Canada.
And yes, Portland and Seattle have a lot of transplants but go to somewhere like Albany, Oregon and you will hardly find anyone from California or out of state.

I can see some of what you are saying. For instance, I can see the Oregon and Washington forming a nation with their neighbor British Columbia (if the USA and Canada ever broke apart) where I could not see my state doing so with our neighbor Quebec. I could see New York and Ontario but that would still be harder than the PNW trio.
I am not sure about your first paragraph. I mean you say the PNW is not deep rooted with the traditions or history of say the South. So how can that possibly make the PNW more culturally distinct the South? In fact to me, the answer is the exact opposite, there is nothing as culturally interesting like New Orleans, Charleston, Savannah, Nashville or the great state of Texas in the PNW. The natural environment is your strongpoint.
Having said that, the PNW is known for its environmentalism. You are not the only guys like that however. A day or two ago, Vermont banned fracking and in New York its been hold for years while they do research. California and most of the Northeast is also known for its environmentalism.

I don't see Idaho nor Alaska really but we're talking hypothetically. BC, WA, OR and N. CA, sure. Can we have Monterrey and Carmel too?

No, you can't.
You're too peaceful and lack a sufficient quantity of guns. The Mountain West would invade you, and steal your rainwater.

That's why we're merging with BC. And we have a lot of tech so we're going to command satellite weaponry to overcome the lack of guns. We drink a lot of water and eat a lot of apples so the rain and agriculture are going to have to stay with us.
