Albany, Pittsburgh, Providence, Rochester, Syracuse, Buffalo. Try any of them, good locations and they have most of what you're looking for.

Thank you for all the suggestions! Currently going through and researching each city. I was wondering if anyone knew cities in Massachusetts and Connecticut as well or would those not be good options?
