I certainly couldn't live there. I'd be broke, in jail, or both.
I presume that better examples would be cops who insert foreign objects into a rectum, make deals w/ criminal elements, illegal beatings, stealing drug money and or drugs for redistribution, bribing young ladies into indecent acts to get out of a ticket, etc. That said, Illinois, New York, LA, and California stand out for corruption.
I'd assume Illinois just because of the stigma of Illinois already being a very corrupt place.
Illinois and Louisiana.
Illinois is the most famous corruption pit of the nation.
But you can thank Chicago for turning it into a high debt embarassment state.
Chicago is the reason Illinois is in the giant mess that it is now. My best recommedation to get away from it is move out of the state. theres Indiana and wisconsin that are only a few dozen miles away depending on where you live in Chicagoland.
