a) Frequent Visable Tornadoes
b) Powerful Tornadoes

I would say some small towns in Oklahoma and Kansas but the biggest city closest to a "tornado path" has got to be Oklahoma City.

Oklahoma City or Dallas/Ft. Worth. Texas and Oklahoma get the most tornadoes to my knowledge.

Thats okay, they are just cities, Chicago is in Illinios and San Francisco is in California



My guess for tornado capital would be Dallas/Ft worth
