boston seems kul but i was actually kinda leaning movin to philly area cuz its way more affordable

Most people are going to envy you for living in Jersey City. It doesn't get much better than that, unless you're in Manhattan.

I'd say just suck it up with the humidity and enjoy all the other things you have access to there.
