Where i live we are spoiled with waterparks
Mostly small ones scattered around the Twin Cities but a couple of large ones, plus Wisconsin Dells is a couple hours away.

I only know of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio and Florida when it comes to waterparks and i'm not sure what its like in other states, So lets do a list of lets say 5 or more states with the best waterparks.

I don't have a list but i am assuming Wisconsin is number one because of the dells

Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels alone brings Texas into this. But you do have Hurricane Harbor, Splashtown, etc.

Yeah Schlitterbahn is constantly ranked the best waterpark in the US, to ignore Texas in the discussion is madness.

Schlitterbahn Waterpark Resort in New Braunfels is the reigning winner of the Golden Ticket Award for Best Waterpark and has been since 1998.
In 1996, Schlitterbahn was voted the nation's number one waterpark by the readers of Inside Track magazine.
The Master Blaster uphill water coaster has been the Golden Ticket winner for Best Water Attraction from 1998 to 2002 and from 2004 to 2009.

Throw in the ton of other water parks in Texas and I would easily see Texas in the top 5

It's hard to beat wisconsin dells just for the sheer number all in one place. I must admit I haven't been to many other waterpark hotspots though.

Six Flags Whitewater in Atlanta (Marietta) bills itself as the largest water park in the US. What makes it unique is natural hills and heavy tree cover; it's not just a big concrete jungle surrounded by parking lots. Quite scenic and rustic looking actually.

Awesome. Another list for Pennsylvania to be underrated on in spite of having some perfectly competitive amenities.
