I currently live in Jacksonville, NC (not for much longer thank GOSH!) which is a Military Town so we see plates from EVERYWHERE, even Hawaii! Although NC plates are the most common, I don't think I've seen such a mish-mash of out of state license plates anywhere else I've lived or been.

In Miami I know 1-4 in my opinion would be:

1. Gerogia
2. Quebec
3. New York
4. New Jersey

After that ones that come to mind right away are Texas, North Carolina, Illionois and Virginia.

There are more Maryland and Virginia plates in D.C. than D.C. plates
