I don't know what city is better for me
I'm 21 years old from Israel i speak English , Russian , Hebrew
I have a high school degree ( Israeli-an )
I have SSN.
I didn't go to collage or university

so now i don't know what city is better for me
where is easier to find job , and not expensive room or studio

( if i will pay for a studio or room 700$ is that gonna be a good neighborhood or bad neighborhood ?)

LA or Miami would be better than Vegas, but you're gonna have to pay for it.

You aren't going to find a job pretty much anywhere if you didn't go to college these days. You most defiantly need to re-think your list, because all of the cities you listed are on the expensive side. Vegas is a party place, would never want to live there btw. Do a little more research and try not to pick such large cities.
