Well it is unique I think in that it has victorian houses mixed with 80s era houses on a manicured culdesac with mature trees and landscaping.

My neighborhood is like that. Some older homes destroyed by hurricanes, etc have been rebuilt throughout the decades so there are a mix of the old and the new.
