Greetings -

I have been given the opportunity to relocate south from the Albany, New York area and am not too familiar with some of the locations that are options for me based on my career. I've narrowed it down to the following areas, but could greatly use anyones opinions on the locations:

-Tyler, TX
-Camden, SC (or Columbia)
-Madison/Huntsville, AL

We are looking to stay out of city areas, would like a small bit of property between our neighbors so we aren't on top of them as well as a volunteer fire department (as I would really hate to not be able to continue with that!). We haven't had the opportunity to visit these areas unfortunately and won't have a chance before making our "dream sheet" with our top pick.

Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
