There are a lot of programmes that offer scholarships to those of Hispanic descent, however they are probably more aimed at those who are of Hispanic descent and grew up in America.
Even with scholarships, going to school in the United States is very expensive, even for the people who live here.

It's going to depend upon what you wish to study, plus where you can get accepted.

If you want to study law, you try to get into Yale (and good luck with that). University of California at La Jolla or John Hopkins is where you try to get in if you want to become a medical doctor.

University of Oregon at Corvallis or the University of Washington at Pullman if you wish to become a veterinarian. There are schools that specialize in engineering, math, computer science, culinary arts, liberal arts, archeology, oceanography. So what is it that you wish to earn a degree in?
