By "lived," I mean for at least one year. School and military service count, but extended vacations don't.

"U.S. states" for the purposes of this poll includes the District of Columbia but not Puerto Rico, USVI, Guam, etc.

I don't consider "for a year" to be a usable criterion. For example, there are places I moved to, with every intent of my residence there being more or less permanent, rented a home, had utilities turned on, put license plates on my car, voted there, etc., and had no possessions or connections in any other state. But then things didn't work out the way I had hoped, and less than a year later I moved on. I count those as "living there". By your criteria, there might be some army brats who never "lived" anywhere.

I would count "living there" as anyplace where you settled, without any thoughts of moving on in a foreseeable future, nor with a "next place" in mind. For a year might be a valid minimum for a place that you went to on a temporary basis, knowing that it was temporary, like to school or military or to fulfill a service contract, and even then, I would count six months as fulfilling the residency.

Using my criteria, I would list, in chronological order:
Wisconsin
Louisiana
Alabama
Tennessee
Kentucky
Washington
Oregon
California
Maine
Kansas
Missouri
Florida
Michigan
Texas
