It zooms in pretty close and it's really nice just to look at it imo.

Very cool. I like how (especially in the east) you can actually see the geography through the (absence of) dots. Rivers, lakes, ridges, valleys...even some parks are fairly well defined.

I like how if you aren't sure what cities you are looking at you can use the box in the upper corner to switch back and forth between the dots and a regular map.

The map has been updated with Mexican census data at some point. It's still very interesting.
