Looking to relocate and want to get an idea of what parts of the US would fit this ideal list of conditions.

From most important down.

Four real Deep Seasons (Including Warm / hot summers and a decent to good amount of snow in the winters)
High amount of Sunny days
Low Humidity
Green Lands
Not Flat (Views at the tops of mountains etc)
Bodies of water near by or within view
City of 40k+ with basic main stores etc.
Possible National forest near
Outdoor activities
Good COL
Red State

Reading/Lancaster/Harrisburg area of central PA.

Only criteria not met are:
National forest near - Tons of state game lands/forests/parks, but none national.
Red state - Red area of a swing state.

Rapid City, South Dakota!!!!!!!!!

Weather: about 63% annual sunshine (not that much but it's decent). We get four seasons, but summer is bearable because of low humidity and winters are more bearable because Chinook winds can really warm up the area during the winter.
Low Humidity: check
Green Lands: City has lots of parks and pine trees
Not flat: The Black Hills are literally on your doorstep
Bodies of water: There isn't a ton in the city just canyon lake and Rapid Creek, but there are many big reservoirs within an hour
City has 67k. Area has about 120k
National Forest: The Black Hills National Forest within minutes! (literally under 10 within certain parts of city limits)
Outdoor activities: The black hills have lots to offer such as hiking hunting and fishing
The cost of living index is 96 which is below us average
SD is definitely a red state!

I can't say it's the best match, but it has a lot of the criteria you've listed

This honestly screams Coeur d'Alene. Well, for the except the "high amount of sunny days"-- I'm not sure about that part.

Reno, Nevada could be a great option.

Seems to fit every criteria you're looking for. You have one of the most beautiful lakes in the country minutes away as well as national forests. Reno has plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment. It's nickname is "The Biggest Little City In the World" and I think that holds true. Because of the Casino's and Tahoe crowd Reno/Sparks has more entertainment and shopping options then you'd expect for a city of it's size.

Upstate New York fits the bill exactly. It has the weather, sunshine, lakes, opportunities for outdoor life, four seasons, etc that you would like. And except for the larger cities like Albany and Buffalo, upstate New York is very red--Republican, socially conservative, and a good number of tea partiers to boot (I know. I've met some of them.)

Problem is that it is also economically depressed. If you find work there then the COL is great. But a lot of upstate falls into either the northern tip of Appalachia or part of the rust belt, so depending on what you do for a living you may or may not be able to make it work.

Thre is a regular C-D poster, ckhthankgod, who frequently and extensively posts on upstate NY communites, both large and small. Do a search and you will see his extensive lists of upstate towns and cities, along with their attrributes, demographics, and general vibe.

Coeur d'Alene was the exact place I have been focusing on for the last bit. I was 100% pleased looking over all the data about this area until I came to the lack of sun. I would really love to find a place that mimic's CDA while having a higher amount of sunny days.

I dont mind 2-3 days of blizzards / snow as long as there is a following of 2-3days of clear / sun to go out and enjoy it. I hate the grey overcast cloudy days plaguing an area all winter.

Thanks to everyone else, I will look into these areas and check them out!

There are very few no real places that fit your criteria because you have so many.

Your best bet may be Salt Lake City.

I put the list from most important to least important starting from the top to the bottom. If there is a place that fits some but not all of the list that is fine to share it as well.

I understand that the chance of a perfect place that has 100% of everything I would like is a rather rare chance. Im looking for areas that come close as well.

Thanks
