According to the Daily Beast, Boston was named #1 drunk city for the second year in a row. Whether or not that's true is not really scientifically proven. When I visited St. Louis I noticed that was very hard drinking city as well. My impression is that Florida ranks tops for the partying mentality, be it drugs or alcohol. Though in most of the country it's quite prevelent.

Boston again ranked America's drunkest city - Boston Business Journal

Here is their list of the top 25

Milwaukee.

In the rest of America drinking is something people do. In Wisconsin it is a beloved cultural tradition - fun for the whole family.

Any party cities...

Austin, New Orleans, Vegas, & Miami all come to mind.

I lived in Vegas for a number of years. Outdrinking the tourists was a typical night. I'd go back to L.A. and mock my old friends when we'd go out, and they'd gawp at me as if I'd turned into Mr. Hyde.
