There aren't many, and they aren't comparable to the ones in Minneapolis-St. Paul. I honestly don't know of any of significance. A few in the northern suburbs, Rock Mountain Arsenal has some...not many, but like I said, they DO exist. Even if the reservoirs are man made, they are still lakes. No matter how you slice it up, it's still water that flowed to the Denver area through rivers/creeks to create those reservoirs. They're still used to boat, go to the 'beach', and other recreation, so tell me, what can't you do at a reservoir that you can on a natural lake?
