I don't worry about what state things are made in. But with my limited travel time and dollars, I have no intention of visiting and spending money in Arizona, with its numerous official state acts that are racist and xenphobic.

I can't resist the Grand Canyon, Sedona, or a sunny day poolside among the saguaros in Tucson. Politics are the furthest thing from my mind when visiting and enjoying these spectacular locales.
It's called "voting with your feet", which is a pillar of democracy. If I don't like the way a certain store treats its employees, I shop elsewhere. Expand that idea to a whole state. That "vote" against the store or the state counts just as much as my vote for president, and it is just as legitimate for me to cast it.
But don't you realize that you are also hurting those employees as much as you may be hurting their employers? You can always complain to management if you see something you don't like in the way it treats its employees. I have done that. But by withholding your patronage of the business, you are witholding hour support of the people who are trying to earn a living there.
I try to avoid things made in California and i try to avoid buying from New York food companies and Illinois ones too.
Other than that i dont pay attention.
lol
That's about 40 percent of everything this country produces.
I'm not overly fond of Idaho or Montana west of the Continental Divide. There aren't a lot of things manufactured there but I don't really care to visit those places if I can help it as I don't like the culture.
Only mississippi. I cant see one good thing about the state. Im not a hater on the bible belt or the south either. I love every state around mississippi but i hate mississippi. I dont know if its the obvious racism, the little to do, the no major city, the crippling poverty or the fact you cant find any radio station that plays anything except gospel and country
I think Bill O'Reilly tried/threatened to boycott Vermont for being too liberal a few years back. He had "officially" boycotted France for the same reason and claimed that the pressure from his show/viewers is why they elected the relatively conservative Sarkozy in 2007. Not sure how far he took the boycott for Vermont but I'm pretty sure it's still on the map and people still love their maple syrup.
I prefer to buy more local products like fruits and vegetables (not too hard living in the Midwest), but otherwise no. Seems like only someone who was ignorant of our interdependedness would do so...
