my hometown! in the NYC news market, you're right, you never hear about it, strange considering it's about 2 miles as the crow flies to downtown Manhattan. i think bayonnites like it that way.
Tucson seems as though it is often overshadowed by Phoenix even though they are about 100 miles apart (less if you count northwest Tucson Metro to southeast Phoenix Metro).
For example: Honolulu, Omaha, Jackson, MS, Cincinatti. Honolulu never gets mention, even though its one of the most beautiful( if not the most) in the country.
