Pretty soon everyone will be homeless, you are right, the system is not set up for this, I often think about offing myself, but again, I think it is what the system wants us to do and I don't know if I want to grant them that pleasure.

I've lived in NYC and NJ and such for a while and seen a bunch of homeless people but recently moved to Pacific Northwest and see lots here as well except here it seems they all have dogs...I don't understand why here they all have dogs though and how they take care of them?

No, Planner15, I was homeless in Waikiki and if you are caught sleeping anywhere around the beach by the police who drive around in Quads you will be fined $50, they drive the beach all night looking for the homeless sleeping, there is also a minister who comes by hauling a little wagon with food on it to feed the homeless. Was awful, got no sleep and no place to wash up.
