I've taken Interstate 70 from Baltimore, Maryland all the way to central Utah! The entire length except for two detours on local state highways in Kansas, Colorado, and Utah for more scenic experiences (and a shortcut from Kansas to Colorado Springs though we took 25 up to Denver and joined 70 again.)
Also have taken Interstate 40 from its western end in Barstow, California all the way to Kingsport, Tennessee!!!
On various trips, I've also been on all of Interstate 95 between Miami and Philadelphia.
I-70 is very beautiful and you see all sorts of American landscapes, the best parts were the western half through the canyonlands area of Utah and the Colorado Rockies. Altough the Flint Hills in Kansas, the Midwest praries, and the Alleghany range in Pennsylvania and West Virginia was also nice!
