There are also a few smaller or mid-sized cities that dont really have much of a skyline,choose which one you would like to see with a few more high-rises.

Raleigh has a rather lackluster skyline for a city that's been written about so favoribly in recent years. They want to look like Charlotte in the capital of NC.
