lol, again...the exact opposite here. Due south in the inner city is a pretty rough area. Further out it is much, much nicer.

I have noticed more of an east-west thing where the western suburbs are nicer. I've noticed this in Baltimore, Washington DC, St. Louis, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
Chicago doesn't have any eastern suburbs LOL

Fort Worth's southside is kind of split right now.

Near Southside is experiencing more gentrification than any other part of the city and becoming a more desirable place for younger people.

The Far Southside, on the other hand...
