I actually agree more with the first list and not forbes. As much as people complain about Atlanta traffic, it's not really bad outside of rush hour unless your on the downtown connector or there's construction. Cities like NYC, DC, and LA all have horrible traffic 7 days a week on many different interstates all over their metros which is why they are all near the top. Here however, I can literally go just about anywhere in Atlanta on a nice Saturday or Sunday afternoon and NEVER hit traffic unless I go downtown.

Driving down The Henry Hudson Parkway or anywhere in NYC without hitting traffic used to be my favorite drives LOL. In Philly I live close enough downtown to be able to take side streets or less traveled drives as I-76 may be the worst highway still in use hah.

Yeah I can definitely believe that. Driving anywhere in NYC without hitting traffic is like a miracle LOL. And I've heard ALOT about 76. Traffic up there is enough to make anyone want to pull their hair out but at least you all have options to avoid it.
