I think Pennsylvania is pace to surpass Illinois as the population gap between the 2 states have clearly gotten smaller. Wouldn't surprise me if Pennsylvania surpasses Illinois in the 2020 census.
It would surprise me. The two states are basically growing at the same rate. I doubt PA will surpass IL by 2020.
I heard the methodology was based on HISTORICAL rates of growth, which is a serious flaw, obviously, for future and current trends in real estate and moving. So PLEASE take this list with a gigiantic grain of salt, onlookers, and don't get too excited or pompus if your city supposedly beat all odds and continued to boom despite all the naysayers suggestions....
I agree that they should be taken with a grain of salt...but honestly, shouldn't the Census estimates as well?
