Victoria, Texas, doesn't have much besides the Courthouse. Not much need for elevators around these parts, where the tallest building in most towns is the water tower.

Sammamish WA, woods, mountain and lake views. Very little commerce, only 2 strip malls but 3 high schools, 3 Middle schools/Jr. High, and 8 Elementary. Population 47,000, median family income $139,000.
