Fastest Growing by percentage: Texas, Arizona, North Dakota, Utah and Nevada

Biggest Losers Percentage wise: Michigan, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont and Maine

OK here are my WAG's. I am pretty sure about most of them, but a couple are just hunches.

Largest percentage growth: Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, Texas

Lowest percentage growth: Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Nebraska, North Dakota

Come on C-Ders, let's work together to crack this. If we take the poster who had the closest answer and substitute another state, we can start marking ones as sure things or can eliminate ones that keep getting repeated. Going off of Bydand's list where he went 4/5 and 3/5:

Largest: Arizona, Florida, Texas, Nevada, North Carolina (replaces his Alaska guess)

Lowest: Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Illinois, Nebraska (replacing his North Dakota guess with Illinois...quite sure ND isn't on lowest because of the new boom).
