What states have the best looking traffic signals?

My vote is New Jersey, California, Nevada and Arizona.
I dislike Upstate N.Y. because they hang on wires (With exception of NYC and certain other places), which is ugly, cheap looking and difficult to see the lights especially when being first car standing on the stop line to wait for green light.

Only distinction I notice is states like New Mexico, Texas, and Florida have horizontal ones.

In Florida only certain parts have it. Miami is an example, otherwise most of Florida have vertical signals like most of the US.

I, too, dislike when traffic signals are suspended from wires. It looks cheap as hell.

Of course, investing in any component of infrastructure that costs more than the bare minimum is considered "socialism" these days.
