The intent of this thead is to make it a bit easier to find like-restaurants from city to city.

People can post suggestions or ask questions on certain places.

For example, Snooze is a place based in Denver that has probably among the best breakfast I have ever had and its extremely limited in location. I have eaten at the one in Denver and San Diego this past year and am hoping they open up in NYC, Chicago, Seattle, etc. They really need to.

Anyone who has been there or knows of anything comparable in other cities, its most appreciated.

Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

I know somebody who ate there and posted pics, just looked at their website...

Both times... Snooze.....

What's so special about it? Just looks like a decent place. There's probably over 100 places in Chicago serving similar stuff. Good brunch w/ a few twists. Seems standard for a brunch place...?

What's harder to find in terms of breakfast food is a place doing something like this

With tons of different fresh schmear. I doubt anywhere in Denver has something like that.

Or like this?

Can I get some good chinese crullers and sweet soy milk for breakfast in Denver?

Or like this for breakfast

Can I get authentic shrimp and grits out of the gulf, crawfish omelette and pork bellini's with poached eggs in many places?

Just some examples of things I find harder to find.

Take a look at the reviews.

Its also annually rated among the best places to eat in Denver/San Diego, etc.

Well Denver and San Diego aren't exactly known for their great cuisine. I'm not that concerned with the reviews, I'm sure it's good. But if you are asking can you find places like this, yes, certainly. Just looks like standard brunch fare to me is all I'm saying. Any large metro is going to have lots of these. It also looks like they are trying to franchise it?
"Last year the brand gained a private equity partner in San Francisco-based Weston Presidio and brought on industry veteran David Birzon as chief executive. Snooze now expects to open two to three restaurants this year and is exploring new markets, including Scottsdale, Ariz., and Austin, Texas"

I try to avoid franchises/chains if I can.

The thing is, its not standard brunch fare, and its locally owned.

Any large metro? Highly doubt it. This place mops the floor with any brunch or breakfast place ive eaten at in my 28 years in NY (everywhere).
