I am a young college graduate looking to move and start a new life in a different city. Looking for culturally diverse area, nice spring with blooming flowers, warm mild low humidity summer, cool crisp autumns with changing foliage colors, and mild winter with snow covering the ground during christmas- I like powder snow as well as great quality of living with education, health, shopping, entertainment, blue skies, low crime etc. No sprawls. I am looking for suburbs and close distance to major cities.

Low humidity rules out the East Coast.

I think no such place exists. Portland and Seattle come close but no snow. Although snow is nearby.

Except for the low summer humidity, the Northeast could work. Summers will be less humid, usually, but you can find everything else. Perhaps an area like Albany NY may work. It is about 2-3 from NYC and Boston, while offering the things you are looking for. Suburbs like Colonie, Loudonville, Westmere, Latham and Niskayuna are nice suburbs that are centrally located.

In the U.S., only la la land. Toronto works, but probably not eligible to work there. Same with some other Canadian places. Really, you're describing a fantasy land, perfect balance in everything.
