Sounds Like Houston is the Pho Capital of the South

Fan-phocken-tastic!
This sounds exactly like Chef Gordon Ramsay's account when describing his favorite dish ever, except no Coke tables. I wonder if Vietnamese people put on a light & water show for tourists to cross-sell them food.

I've never been but I hear wonderful things about the pho in Houston. Houstonians are apparently raised on the stuff and are very proud of it. Who would have known?

But when I lived in Minneapolis, pho was my absolute favorite meal when it was sub-zero outside.
