Can you really get by without a car in Buffalo and wouldn't the weather be annoying without a car?

You definitely need a car in Dallas. So Buffalo makes more sense in this scenario. And I'll have a job no matter which city I move to, so wouldn't unemployment rate not matter that much?

Ridiculous thread, as salary isn't factored in. A city's affordability is based on wage and expenses, not just one side of the equation.

You can get around Buffalo without a car, but some areas are better than others in that regard.
