I-15 between Butte, MT and Helena, MT. It was only about -25F out. No biggie.

I'm happy to hear that my husband made it back to Escanaba, MI yesterday where he had been working and I had gone to visit when the government shutdown happened. We all drove back to Montana in his truck leaving my Jeep sitting by itself in Rapid River, MI. Three weeks later and it fired right up and it was still in one piece.

Of course it was. I know people who leave vehicles beside their house all winter while in Florida or Arizona without anything happening to them. I had a friend who stopped to talk with another friend, hopped in the truck and they ended up driving a couple hours away... he forgot to turn off his car and left it sitting downtown with the motor running and the door open. A store owner noticed it had been siting running for an hour or so, so he shut it off and closed the door so he wouldn't run out of gas. The UP is the best.

Agreed. And I knew it would be safe there or we wouldn't have left it. I hope we get to move there soon.
