Philly provides the docs? It seems like the Boston area has the highest number of med schools. And then there's Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Chicago, even Omaha (two medical schools in that city), and more!

Florida has many places that are transient and 2/3 of its population was born in another state or country. In some places, up to 90% were born outside of Florida.

Florida does seem to attract alot of rift raft from other states who probably had no pride to begin with.
