Name some good cities here in the united states that don't seem to get that much attention even though they are really good cities. So basically cities that seem to fly under the radar most of the time.
Location: northern Vermont - previously NM, WA, & MA

I spent an overnight in Omaha on a cross country roadtrip and I was quite pleasantly surprised how nice and attractive the city was. Very nice and scenic parkland along the river, a charming downtown area around the Old Market area, good dining, found a great art gallery, and mostly very nice people.
Providence. People say that cities that aren't in the northeast go under the radar, but I'd say that despite the fact (or maybe because of the fact) that PVD's a northeastern city it gets very little recognition.
Very good points about the interior North East cities such as Providence, Pittsburgh, Buffalo etc... I guess I should've phrased that as the Atlantic NE.
Upstate NY (Buffalo, Rochester)
Northern New England (Burlington, Portland)
Upper Midwest (Mpls (at least it doesn't get attention compared to Seattle/Portland/Denver), Fargo)
Utah, Idaho, & Montana
Midlands (Omaha, KC, DSM, Louisville, Cbus)
