This can't be accurate. It's basically a sales record of bodybuilding.com. Philly tied with Indy? Nah, I doubt that. From what I saw, Indy was a pretty scrawny city.
And Austin was named America's most fit city, big football town. How is it so far down the list? Findarticles.com is not exactly reliable.
This is the craziest ranking ever. LOL funny I guess we are all a bunch of He-Mans and Barbarians here in denver. I have this funny mental image of a bunch of muscle heads wondering around the streets with tank tops and sweat bands. BTW when was the last time you saw a fatty in GNC waddling around looking for supplements?
a lot of this is just based on supplement sales. a better measure would be a study which finds the cities with the most gym memberships that actually use them or the most sales of home fitness equipment.
